Genetic analysis of essential regulators of limb development

I am a research assistant with a PhD in Pathology and Medical Genetics and divide my time between doing --research and being lab manager. I am involved in aspects of several research projects. Currently I am performing comparative analysis of gene expression during limb bud development in mouse models for limb skeletal defects.
